Lamb Chops



Lamb Chops



  • 12 lamb chops
  • 500g of natural yoghurt
  • 2 tablespoons parsley choped very finely
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 table spoon of vinegar
  • 1/2 cup of white dry wine
  • Oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste.



    Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and add the lamb chops. Leave to marinate
    for at least 2 hours. If you have time cover and leave in frige overnight.
    Remove chops and place on a hot grill. Cook one side at the time. Serve hot.
    Serves 4.
