STARTER
TZATZIKI (Yoghurt and Cucumber Salad)
1-2 cloves garlic, crushed.
salt and pepper
2 Tablespoons olive oil
1 Tablespoon of vinegar
1-2 tender cucumbers peeled and chopped finely
3 cups of thick Yoghurt
Combine garlic with salt and pepper in a bowl.
Add oil and vinegar and blend.
Add cucumber and yoghurt to the garlic mixture and mix very well.
Serve with hot Pitta Bread.
